Tehran is ready to reinitiate atomic discussions with Washington provided that it is handled with "dignity" and "respect", Tehran's top diplomat has declared.

The Iranian diplomat stated exclusively dialogue worked, and revealed new appeals had been made by mediators to restart negotiations with the US government. He claimed Iran had zero unreported enrichment locations, and Tehran had not yet reached a point to allow the UN nuclear inspectorate to access attacked atomic facilities for security reasons.

Walking a Complex Course

The foreign minister is walking a challenging course since Iran wishes not to appear to be acting from a situation of vulnerability, and he emphatically stated that Iran had arisen more resilient in military terms and psychologically from the coordinated strike on its atomic facilities in June.

The US president in recent days claimed he had been receiving messages that Iran desired to restart talks, but privately Iranian officials state they are not yet getting clear proposals from Washington either explicitly or from key regional mediators, such as Qatar, the Egyptian leadership, Oman and the Saudi kingdom. The Iran's state department has been charged of inactivity in the wake of Trump's direct instinctive approach, but Iran asserts negotiations is not part of a performance.

Araghchi said: "Tehran was not the one that had fled dialogue; it was America and the western countries that had always attempted to enforce their will during the discussions. Negotiations can still be active and continues the ultimate solution to resolve conflicts, but its criteria, regulations and principles must be respected."

Repair and Rebuilding
